My kids never liked milk they used to avoid it whenever I gave them in school mornings but since I ordered this kids protein powder and gave it to my kids by mixing it into milk they have been drinking regularly now. It's suitable for children aged 2 years and above. If your child has a medical condition or known food allergies, please check with your paediatrician first.

How much should I give, and how?

Mix 2–3 teaspoons into a glass of milk, a milkshake or water and stir well. You can also add 3–4 teaspoons to pancake batter. Serve once a day.

Does it contain nuts or seeds?

Yes. It contains almonds, walnuts, sesame (til), pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, and oats (gluten). If your child has a nut, seed or gluten allergy, please don't use it without your paediatrician's advice.

Does it have preservatives?

No preservatives are added. It's a simple blend of whole foods: almonds, walnuts, seeds, oats, dates, dried banana, roasted channa, makhana and fennel.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free all over Pakistan. Islamabad, Rawalpindi and nearby cities: next day. Lahore and Peshawar: 2 days. Karachi, Bahawalpur and most other cities: 3–4 days. Remote areas: up to 5 days at most.
