By placing an order through Natural Blends, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Please make sure that your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address are correct before completing your order. Natural Blends is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected when your order is delivered.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable wellness products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Where a claim is approved, Natural Blends will generally provide a replacement. Refunds may be considered where a replacement is not reasonably possible.

Products cannot be returned or refunded simply because the expected results were not achieved.
